A guarantee is an additional voluntary service provided by the manufacturer (manufacturer's guarantee) or retailer (retailer's guarantee).
The guarantee is only granted if the portafilter machine was purchased from Firma Eckmann Primo Aroma Germany.
Statutory warranty
a. The warranty period is two years.
b. During the warranty period, in the event of damage, we remedy all functional faults demonstrably attributable to defective workmanship or material defects.
c. Wear parts are excluded from the warranty, as is damage caused by foreign objects in the portafilter machine.
d. The warranty does not cover natural wear or damage resulting from failure to observe the operating instructions, for example inappropriate commissioning of a machine.
e. Soiling of fittings, exceptional strain, improper handling and care, such as incorrect operation and use other than intended, and inadequate care and maintenance.
f. Warranty claims cannot be transferred to third parties without our consent. They expire if the supplied item is altered by an outside party or by installing parts of outside origin.
