Right of withdrawal for consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from:
- the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together;
- the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the last goods, if you ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered separately;
- the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the first goods, if the order provides for regular delivery over a specified period.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Birgit Eckmann, Schulze-Delitzsch-Straße 3, 46244 Bottrop, telephone: 02045 410643, fax: 02045 410643, email: info@primo-aroma.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post, fax or email. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not compulsory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning goods that can be sent by parcel. You also bear the direct cost of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusions and grounds for expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is determined by an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly personalised;
- for goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- for alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of contracting, which cannot be delivered earlier than 30 days after contracting and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader's control;
- for newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts:
- for sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery;
- for goods that, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items because of their nature;
- for sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, if unsealed after delivery.
