Origin & blend
Desiderio: Arabica from Brazil and Honduras meets Robusta from Côte d’Ivoire and India. A medium to dark roast highlights the robust character, while Indian Robusta contributes a gentle sweetness.
Romantica: Arabica from Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia and Brazil meets Robusta from India. The blend combines washed and naturally processed beans with a medium to strong roast.
Emozioni Extra Bar: Natural and washed Arabica from Brazil and Honduras is combined with Robusta. Different roast levels for the Arabica and Robusta beans bring strength and elegance together.
Serenata Spezial: Arabica from Brazil, Honduras and Colombia is combined with Robusta from India and Vietnam. Different roasting profiles bring the individual beans together in a balanced blend.
Tasting profile
Desiderio: Chocolate, blossom and freshly baked bread shape the aroma. The brown crema with mahogany highlights is particularly persistent. A full body and long, velvety finish give Desiderio its expressive character.
Romantica: A dense golden crema and full body define this balanced espresso. Toasted-bread notes lead into floral, fruity and chocolate nuances. The taste is mild and velvety, with subtle bitterness.
Emozioni Extra Bar: A hazelnut-coloured crema with dark highlights and a fine texture accompanies an intense toasted-bread aroma. The taste is chocolatey, strong and full-bodied, with a long finish.
Serenata Spezial: The dense crema has teak and mahogany tones. The aroma is rich and full, with a velvety, slightly syrupy taste. Chocolate notes and barely perceptible acidity complete the blend.
